  • Reduce cost of non-quality by 20%
  • Increase RFT by 20%
  • Application of PPS / 8D / Statistical process and control

  • Complete and finish projects /programmes to plan, on time, within cost and to specification
  • Support / enable 10% productivity

Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree / HN qualification in Engineering, Management, and/or Materials (Preferred but not essential)
  • 6 sigma trained to Greenbelt or Black belt Level advantage
  • Capable lean agent
  • Industrial Engineering Experience would be an advantage
  • Proven track record as a leader of change within a results based portfolio
  • Proven track record with a successful portfolio of achievements
