Join our high-performance aerospace manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Engineer and take the lead in optimizing advanced production processes, improving product quality, and driving New Product Introduction (NPI) success.

We're looking for experienced professionals with expertise in metal forming, forging, machining, and process capability who thrive on solving problems and delivering continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and Right First Time (RFT) outcomes.

If you're passionate about Lean Manufacturing, APQP, and building robust, data-driven manufacturing systems — this is your next mission-critical role.

Safety

Compliance with EHS and legislative standards
Compliance with PPE and all other safety policies and procedures
Promotes safe working practices
Participate in risk assessment and “near miss” risk mitigation activities

Quality

Ensuring the service provided is of the highest standard
Carrying out tasks right first time to the required standard

Delivery

Carrying out tasks in the appropriate timeframe
Conclusion of tasks on time and to the required standard

Cost

Proactively identifying cost saving measures ensuring no detriment to any services provided

People

Professional standards of written and verbal communication between internal and ex-ternal customers
